Social Media

Required Role

MARKETING permission. Managing prepaid connection slots (billing) requires an Admin Data Access role.

Social Media (currently in Beta) is Agent Manager's built-in social media suite — connect your organisation's social accounts once, then publish, analyse, run ads, and track which social interactions turn into CRM leads, all without leaving the portal.

Find it under Leads & CRM → Marketing Tools → Social Media, or as a card on the All Plugins page.

Connecting Accounts

There's no separate "organisation setup" step — the first time anyone connects a platform account, Agent Manager creates the org's social profile automatically behind the scenes.

To connect a platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), click Connect on the platform card. A popup window handles the OAuth sign-in; once it closes, the connected account appears in your list. Some platforms are still labelled Coming soon and can't be connected yet.

Prepaid Connection Slots

Each connected account uses one connection slot, billed at A$9/month per slot as a Stripe subscription add-on. Buy additional slots with the stepper and Buy N slot(s) button on the Social Media page — only Admin Data Access roles (Country Manager, Branch Manager, Global Manager) can change the number of slots; other users see a read-only summary of slots available.

Publishing

The Compose tab is where posts are created:

  • AI caption writer and AI image generator (generated images save to your Drive)
  • A rich-text editor and media picker
  • Per-account checkboxes to choose which connected platforms a post goes to
  • A live preview per platform
  • Publish now, Schedule post, or Save draft

The Posts tab lists everything you've published or drafted — editing or deleting a post there propagates the change to every platform it was published on. A Content Plan tab helps you plan posts ahead of time, and a recurring Publishing Queue (under the Ops/Settings area) lets you set fixed day/time slots posts can drop into.

Analytics

The Analytics tab covers reach, followers, posts, engagement and engagement rate, and impressions — each with a period-over-period change — plus a weekly posting-cadence chart, a per-platform breakdown, and your top-performing content.

Ads

The Ads tab manages campaigns, ad sets, and ads across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Twitter/X — including boosting an existing post, building lead-generation forms, picking creative, estimating reach, and choosing goals/calls-to-action.

CRM Attribution

Leads generated by a paid ad's lead form flow straight into your CRM pipeline, tagged with the campaign, ad set, ad, and form that produced them, and linked to the resulting CRM contact record — so you can see exactly which ad brought in a given lead.

Separately, every CRM contact's detail page embeds a live WhatsApp conversation panel, and the Social Media section has its own CRM tab (contacts, broadcasts, sequences, workflows) — this is the social platforms' native contact CRM, distinct from your agency's own Lead Management pipeline.
