Call Reviews
Call Reviews is a table of every post-call satisfaction survey sent via Call Review SMS — a snapshot of how clients rated their recent phone calls with your team.
Required Role
Standard user + Admin Data Access roles. Only visible once the Call Review SMS module is enabled for your organisation.
Columns

| Date | When the call took place |
| Client / Contact | Who was called |
| Phone | Number called |
| Agent | Staff member on the call |
| Status | Pending, Sent, Rated, Skipped, or Failed |
| Score | Star rating (once rated) |
| Comment | Optional free-text feedback from the client |
Scores collected here also roll up into agent-level KPI reporting.
