All Plugins
Required Role
API_CREDENTIALS permission — Global roles only
The All Plugins page is where you connect the third-party services your organisation already uses, and switch on Agent Manager's own built-in modules. Each plugin opens its own settings dialog; connected services then become selectable as Default providers on the second tab of this page.
Plugins are grouped by what they do:
AgentManager Modules
Built-in features you enable per organisation — some carry an add-on charge:
- Immi Filler — auto-fill ImmiAccount visa forms
- Referral Program — client-to-client refer-a-friend, A$9/month
- Call Review SMS — automated post-call satisfaction survey
Email, Calendar & Storage
- Microsoft 365 — Outlook email, calendar sync, OneDrive
- Google Workspace — Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive
- IMAP — connect any other IMAP-compatible mailbox
- Dropbox — document storage
Communication
- Social Media — connect and publish to social accounts
- 3CX — phone system integration (call history, click-to-call)
- SMS — outbound/inbound text messaging
- Chatwoot — live chat / support inbox integration
Accounting
- Xero — sync invoices and payments to Xero
- MYOB — alternative accounting integration for MYOB AccountRight and Essentials
Legacy
- Facebook Leads — direct Facebook lead-form sync, superseded by the Social Media module's own ad lead attribution but kept working for existing configurations
Installing a Plugin
- Click on the plugin card you want to set up
- Click Connect (or Install, depending on the plugin)
- Follow the authentication and configuration steps
- The card updates to show it's connected — some also add a Manage option for re-connecting or disconnecting later
Default Providers
Once you have more than one plugin covering the same job (e.g. both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace connected), the Default providers tab lets you choose which one Agent Manager actually uses by default for email, calendar, and storage actions.
