Immi Filler

Immi Filler auto-fills fields on Australia's ImmiAccount visa application forms using data already held in a client's profile — so agents spend less time retyping passport numbers, addresses, and travel history into the Department of Home Affairs system.

Required Role & Licence

Enabling the module in Settings needs no special licence, but actually using it on a client's application requires your organisation's subscription to include a Migration or Complete licence tier.

What It Won't Do

Immi Filler is deliberately conservative. It never submits, navigates, or clicks anything on ImmiAccount — it only types values into fields you can see and review:

A blank field costs seconds to fill in yourself. A wrong one is a false statement on a visa application.

If a value can't be matched with confidence, it's left blank rather than guessed, and every value it fills is traceable back to the client record it came from.

Enabling the Module

Turn it on from Settings → Integrations & Plugins → All Plugins, under "AgentManager modules." This unlocks the feature for your organisation — it doesn't by itself grant every user access; that still depends on the migration/complete licence above.

Using It on an Application

Open a client's visa application and look for the Forms & Auto-fill tab (only visible once the module is enabled). From there, Fill this application checks the application is ready — i.e. that the client record has enough of the required data — before offering to fill.

Filling itself happens through the Immi Filler browser extension, installed separately in Chrome. With the extension installed and an ImmiAccount page open, triggering a fill types the matched values directly into that page for you to review and submit yourself in the normal way.

Where the Mappings Come From

Which field on which ImmiAccount page maps to which piece of client data is platform-level configuration, maintained centrally rather than per organisation — a locked mapping fills that page for every agency using Agent Manager, so this isn't something you configure per client or per org. If a page doesn't fill correctly, raise it with support rather than looking for a settings screen — there isn't one on the org side.
