My KPI Reports gives you a personalised view of your own performance metrics. Track your progress against targets set by your manager and identify areas for improvement.
KPIs Tracked
The specific KPIs tracked depend on your role and what your organisation has configured, but typically include:

| New Clients Acquired | Number of new client profiles created |
| Applications Lodged | Visa or service applications submitted this period |
| Applications Approved | Applications that received a positive outcome |
| Leads Converted | CRM leads converted to paying clients |
| Follow-Ups Completed | Follow-up tasks marked as done |
| Meetings Held | Client and partner meetings completed |

Progress Against Targets
Each KPI shows your actual performance alongside your target (set by your manager via KPI Management):
- A green indicator means you are on track or have met the target
- An orange indicator means you are below target but within range
- A red indicator means you are significantly below target
Charts
Your KPI report includes:
- Bar charts — comparing your performance month by month
- Trend line — showing whether your performance is improving or declining
- Leaderboard position (optional) — where you rank in your team
