Service Agreements
Required Role
AGREEMENTS permission required
Service Agreements are formal contracts between your migration agency and your clients that outline the scope of services, fees, and terms and conditions. A signed service agreement is a regulatory requirement for registered migration agents.

What's in a Service Agreement?
A standard service agreement includes:
- Agent and client details
- Description of services to be provided
- Professional fees and payment terms
- Client obligations
- Refund and cancellation policy
- Complaint handling process
- Privacy and confidentiality terms
- Agent's MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number)
Creating a Service Agreement
- Go to Legal Documents → Agreements → Service Agreements
- Click New Service Agreement
- Select the client
- Select the service type (e.g. Visa Subclass 482 application)
- The agreement will auto-populate with the client's details and the selected fee profile
- Review and adjust the fees and service description as needed
- Click Send for Signature or Download PDF
Fee Profiles
Service agreements pull fee amounts from the Fee Profiles configured in your settings. Make sure your fee profiles are set up correctly before generating agreements.
Digital Signatures
Service agreements can be sent to clients for digital signature via email. Clients receive a secure link to review and sign the agreement electronically. Once signed, both parties receive a copy by email.
