Team KPI Reports
Admin roles only
Team KPI Reports gives managers a consolidated view of performance across their entire team, branch, or organisation. Use it to identify top performers, spot team members who need support, and make data-driven management decisions.

Report Views
Depending on your role, you can view KPI data at different levels:

| Branch Manager | Their branch only |
| Country Manager | All branches in their country |
| Global Manager | All countries and branches |
| Organisation | Entire organisation |
Team Performance Table
The main view is a table showing each team member's performance against targets for the selected period:

Drill Down
Click on any team member's name to see their individual KPI breakdown — identical to the view they see in My KPI Reports.
Leaderboard
A visual leaderboard shows the top performers for the selected period and KPI metric. This can be shared with the team as a motivational tool.
Setting Targets
KPI targets are configured per user or role via KPI Management in Settings.
