Declarations are formal statements signed by clients acknowledging their understanding of the migration process, their obligations, and the information they have provided. They are a mandatory part of most Australian visa applications.

Creating a Declaration

  1. Navigate to a Client's Profile → Agreements tab
  2. Click Create Declaration
  3. Review the pre-filled content (client name, email, phone, and address pulled from the client's profile)
  4. Click Send Declaration Form to email the client a unique digital signing link

Tracking Signatures

The declarations list shows:

Signed DateWhen the declaration record was created
Statusactive / completed / void / expired

Signed Declarations

Once signed, declarations are stored permanently against the client's profile and can be accessed at any time for compliance purposes.
