ACTIVITY_LOGS permission required
The Activity Log is a chronological record of every action you have taken within Agent Manager. Use it to review your work history, audit your actions, or troubleshoot any discrepancies.
What's Logged
Every significant action in Agent Manager is recorded, including:

|---|---|
| Client actions | Created client, updated client details, archived client |
| Application actions | Created application, updated status, lodged application |
| Document actions | Uploaded document, approved document, rejected document |
| Agreement actions | Generated agreement, sent for signature, marked as signed |
| Login events | Logged in, logged out, failed login attempts |
| Settings changes | Updated profile, changed password |
| Communication | Sent email, sent reminder, created follow-up |
Log Format
Each log entry shows:
- Timestamp — exact date and time of the action
- Action — what was done (e.g. "Updated visa application status to Submitted")
- Record — which record was affected (links to the record)
- Details — any additional context (e.g. previous value → new value)
Filtering the Log
Filter your activity log by:
- Date range
- Action type
- Record type (client, application, document, etc.)
Admin Access
Administrators can view the activity logs of all users in [Settings → System Configuration]. This enables full audit capability across the organisation.
