Client Flow
Client Flow runs guided, question-by-question decision trees against a client or one of their applications — built by an admin in Client Flow Templates — and records the outcome (and any follow-up details) at the end.
There are two separate places you'll run a flow from, depending on whether it's tied to a specific service or not.
The "Client Flow" Tab (Non-Service Flows)
Every client's detail page has a Client Flow tab. This only lists templates that aren't linked to a specific service — general-purpose checklists and decision trees you might run against any client. Pick a template to start a new instance, answer each question, and Agent Manager walks you down the branch that matches your answers until it reaches an outcome.
Linked Flows (Service-Linked Flows)
Templates that are linked to a specific service or visa type don't show up in the general Client Flow tab — they start from that service's own application page instead. Open a client's application (a visa application, skill assessment, or other service application) and look for the Linked Flows panel:
- Templates linked to that service/visa type are listed with a Start button
- Once started, each flow shows its live status (In Progress or its final outcome) and links back into the same runner
- Only one instance of a given flow can exist per application — starting it again continues the existing run rather than creating a duplicate
Answering a Flow
Each step is a yes/no question. Depending on your answer, the flow branches to the next question or lands on a final outcome — a result with a title and explanation, and sometimes a short form to fill in extra details specific to that outcome.
