Fee Structures
Required Role
Global roles only
Fee Structures (also called Fee Profiles) define your organisation's professional fees for each service type. These fees are used when generating client service agreements and invoices.
Fee Profile Components
Each fee profile includes:
- Service Type — the visa subclass or service this fee applies to
- Professional Fee — your agency's service charge
- Government Fee — the IMMI visa application charge (informational, not billed by you)
- Skills Assessment Fee — if applicable
- Additional Fees — translation, courier, other disbursements
Creating a Fee Profile
- Click New Fee Profile
- Select the service type (e.g. Subclass 482 TSS Visa — Primary Applicant)
- Enter the professional fee amount
- Add any additional fee components
- Set GST applicability
- Set the currency
- Click Save
Multiple Profiles per Service
You can have multiple fee profiles for the same service type — for example:
- Subclass 482 — Primary Applicant
- Subclass 482 — Secondary Applicant (lower fee)
- Subclass 482 — Labour Agreement Stream (premium fee)
When generating a service agreement, the agent selects the appropriate profile.
GST
Toggle whether GST is included in the fee amounts or added on top. Agent Manager will handle the GST calculation in invoices accordingly.
