Loss Reason Codes

All authenticated users can view — Admin roles to edit

Loss Reason Codes are the categories used to classify why an application was lost, withdrawn, or unsuccessful. These codes power the Lost Applications Report and help your organisation identify patterns and areas for improvement.

Default Reason Codes

Agent Manager comes with a default set of reason codes:

Adding Custom Codes

  1. Click Add Reason Code
  2. Enter a code (short identifier, no spaces)
  3. Enter a description
  4. Click Save

Editing and Archiving

  • Click Edit to update the description of an existing code
  • Click Archive to hide a code from new selections without deleting historical data
