ATTENDANCE permission — Admin roles

Work Schedules defines the standard working hours for your organisation. Multiple schedules can be created for different teams, roles, or shift patterns.

Creating a Work Schedule

  1. Click New Schedule
  2. Enter the schedule name (e.g. "Standard Office Hours", "Part-Time Friday Off")
  3. Set working days (e.g. Mon–Fri)
  4. Set start and end times for each day
  5. Set lunch break duration
  6. Set the grace period for late check-ins (e.g. 10 minutes)
  7. Click Save

Assigning Schedules

Assign a schedule to individual users via User Essentials or assign a default schedule to a branch.
