Visa Notifications configures the automated alerts and reminders specific to visa application workflows — separate from the general notification rules system.
Configurable Notification Triggers

Setting Notification Timings
For each trigger, configure:
- Lead time — how many days before the event to send the alert
- Repeat reminders — how often to repeat if not actioned (e.g. every 7 days)
- Recipients — who receives the notification
- Priority — Standard / Urgent
