Visa Categories

Visa Categories defines the visa subclasses and types that your organisation works with. These categories are used throughout Agent Manager when creating applications, setting fee profiles, and generating reports.

Visa Category List

Each visa category includes:

  • Subclass Number (e.g. 482, 186, 189)
  • Visa Name (e.g. "Temporary Skill Shortage")
  • Stream — if applicable (e.g. Short-term, Medium-term, Labour Agreement)
  • Category Type — Temporary / Permanent / Bridging
  • LMT Required — whether Labour Market Testing is required
  • Skills Assessment Required — whether a skills assessment is needed
  • Status — Active / Inactive

Adding a Visa Category

  1. Click Add Visa Category
  2. Enter the subclass number and name
  3. Select the category type
  4. Toggle LMT and skills assessment requirements
  5. Add any notes relevant to this visa type
  6. Click Save
