Client Checklist Templates define step-by-step process checklists that guide agents through client workflows. Unlike the document checklist (which tracks document collection), client checklists track process steps.
Example Use Case
A client checklist for a Subclass 482 application might include:
- Initial consultation completed
- Skills assessment lodged (if required)
- Labour Market Testing completed
- Sponsorship approval obtained
- Nomination approved
- Visa application lodged
- Medical examination completed
- Character checks completed
- Visa granted
Creating a Checklist Template
- Click New Checklist Template
- Name the template (e.g. "Subclass 482 — Full Process")
- Add checklist items in order
- For each item, set:
- Step name
- Description / instructions
- Required vs. Optional
- Click Save
Using Templates
When opening a client's application, agents can apply a checklist template to track their progress through the required steps.
