Client Checklist Templates define step-by-step process checklists that guide agents through client workflows. Unlike the document checklist (which tracks document collection), client checklists track process steps.

Example Use Case

A client checklist for a Subclass 482 application might include:

  • Initial consultation completed
  • Skills assessment lodged (if required)
  • Labour Market Testing completed
  • Sponsorship approval obtained
  • Nomination approved
  • Visa application lodged
  • Medical examination completed
  • Character checks completed
  • Visa granted

Creating a Checklist Template

  1. Click New Checklist Template
  2. Name the template (e.g. "Subclass 482 — Full Process")
  3. Add checklist items in order
  4. For each item, set:
    • Step name
    • Description / instructions
    • Required vs. Optional
  5. Click Save

Using Templates

When opening a client's application, agents can apply a checklist template to track their progress through the required steps.
