TEMPLATE_MANAGEMENT permission — Admin roles

Email Templates are pre-written email messages used throughout Agent Manager for client communications, automated notifications, and marketing campaigns.

Template Types

Creating a Template

  1. Click New Template
  2. Enter a template name (internal reference)
  3. Select the template type
  4. Write the Subject Line — can include personalisation tags
  5. Write the Body using the rich text editor
  6. Use personalisation tags to insert dynamic content

Personalisation Tags

Insert dynamic content using curly brace tags:

Default Templates

Agent Manager includes a set of default templates for common scenarios. These can be edited to match your organisation's tone and branding but cannot be deleted.
