TEMPLATE_MANAGEMENT permission — Admin roles
Email Templates are pre-written email messages used throughout Agent Manager for client communications, automated notifications, and marketing campaigns.
Template Types
| Type | Used For |

| Document Request | Requesting documents from clients |
| Application Status Update | Notifying clients of status changes |
| Service Agreement | Accompanying a service agreement for signing |
| Follow-Up Reminder | Reminding clients of pending actions |
| Welcome | Welcoming new clients |
| Marketing / Newsletter | Email campaigns |
| Custom | Any other communication |
Creating a Template
- Click New Template
- Enter a template name (internal reference)
- Select the template type
- Write the Subject Line — can include personalisation tags
- Write the Body using the rich text editor
- Use personalisation tags to insert dynamic content
Personalisation Tags
Insert dynamic content using curly brace tags:

Default Templates
Agent Manager includes a set of default templates for common scenarios. These can be edited to match your organisation's tone and branding but cannot be deleted.
