Relationship Types

Relationship Types define the categories used to describe how clients are related to their visa applications or to each other. These are used throughout the platform when adding family members, secondary applicants, or sponsors to an application.

Common Relationship Types​

  • Primary Applicant
  • Spouse / De facto partner
  • Dependent child
  • Parent
  • Employer / Sponsor
  • Nominator

Managing Relationship Types​

  1. Click Add Relationship Type
  2. Enter the name (e.g. "Spouse")
  3. Optionally add a description
  4. Click Save

These relationship types will then be selectable when linking people to applications.
