Use Add New Service to expand your service catalogue with a new visa type, educational institution, skill assessment service, or workflow.
Service Setup Form
Basic Details
- Service Name (required) — e.g. "Subclass 189 Skilled Independent"
- Service Type (required) — visa / application / skill-assessment / misc
- Country (required) — the destination or relevant country
- Description — internal description of this service
- Status — Active or Inactive
Document Checklist
Link an existing Document Checklist template or create a new one for this service.
Fee Profile
Link an existing Fee Profile or create a new one.
Form Template
For services with structured intake forms, link a Form Template.
After Creating
Once saved, the service will:
- Appear in the Service Catalog
- Be available for selection when creating new applications
- Show up in the sidebar under the relevant service type and country grouping
