Subscription Details

Required Role

SUBSCRIPTION_MANAGEMENT permission — Organisation role only

The Subscription Details page allows organisation owners to view, manage, and update their Agent Manager subscription.

Current Plan

Your current plan summary shows:

  • Plan Name — e.g. Starter, Professional, Enterprise
  • Billing Cycle — Monthly or Annual
  • Next Billing Date
  • Payment Method — last 4 digits of card on file
  • Users — current user count vs. plan limit
  • Storage — current storage usage vs. plan limit

Upgrading / Downgrading

  1. Click Change Plan
  2. Review the available plans
  3. Select the new plan
  4. Confirm the change — the new billing takes effect immediately (pro-rated)

Payment Method

To update your payment details:

  1. Click Update Payment Method
  2. Enter new card details
  3. Click Save — charges will appear on the new card from the next billing cycle

Invoices

Download past billing invoices for accounting purposes.

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact the Agent Manager support team. Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.
