User Essentials manages the additional profile and configuration data required for each user to operate effectively within Agent Manager.
What's Configured Here
MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number)
Each migration agent must have their MARN stored in the system. This is automatically included in agreements, email signatures, and compliance reports.
Agent Profile
- Professional title
- Areas of specialisation (e.g. skilled migration, student visas, family visas)
- Languages spoken
- Profile photo (used in client-facing communications)
- Bio (used in email signatures and agreement templates)
Communication Preferences
- Default email signature
- Preferred notification delivery (in-app / email / both)
- Language preference for the platform interface
Calendar Integration
Link the user's Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar for meeting synchronisation.
Working Hours
Configure the individual user's working hours if they differ from the default Work Schedule.
