KPI permission — Global roles only
KPI Management (Settings → Service Configuration → KPI Management) configures how visa and service applications feed into KPI calculations — it's an application-configuration screen, not where you set individual targets.
Here you configure:
- Step weighting — how much each stage of a visa or service application counts toward KPI totals
- Notifications — KPI-related notification rules tied to application progress
Setting targets
Actual performance targets (per agent, branch, or department) aren't set here — they're managed from the Team Targets tab inside Team KPI Reports.
