KPI Management allows managers to define performance targets for their team members and configure which metrics are tracked in the KPI Reports.
Configuring KPI Metrics
First, select which metrics are active for your organisation:

| New Clients | Number of new client profiles created |
| Applications Lodged | Applications submitted in the period |
| Applications Approved | Positive outcomes received |
| Leads Converted | CRM leads converted to clients |
| Follow-Ups Completed | Follow-up tasks completed |
| Meetings Held | Meetings completed |
| Revenue Generated | Total invoiced amount |
| Documents Processed | Documents reviewed and approved |
Toggle each metric on or off based on what your organisation wants to track.
Setting Targets
Targets can be set at different levels:
Organisation-Wide Defaults
Set a default target for each metric (e.g. every agent should lodge 10 applications per month).
Role-Based Targets
Override the default for specific roles (e.g. senior agents target 15 applications per month).
Individual Targets
Override for specific users (e.g. a part-time agent targets 8 applications per month).
Setting Targets Per Period
- Monthly targets — the most common setup
- Quarterly targets — for longer-term goals
- Annual targets — for year-end reviews
Viewing Team Performance
Once configured, review your team's performance against targets in Team KPI Reports.
