Notification Management
Required Role
NOTIFICATION_SYSTEM permission — Global roles only
Notification Management provides an audit log of all notifications sent by Agent Manager, and allows administrators to manage global notification preferences.
Notification Log
The log shows every notification that has been sent or attempted:

| Recipient | Who received it |
| Channel | Email / In-App |
| Status | Sent / Failed / Pending |
| Related Record | The client, application, or event it relates to |
Filtering the Log
Filter by:
- Date range
- Notification rule
- Recipient
- Status (Sent / Failed)
- Channel
Failed Notifications
If a notification fails (e.g. due to an invalid email address), it will appear with a Failed status and an error reason. Click Retry to attempt delivery again.
Global Preferences
Administrators can configure organisation-wide notification preferences:
- Quiet hours — no notifications sent outside working hours
- Digest mode — consolidate multiple notifications into a daily summary
- Emergency override — critical notifications always send regardless of quiet hours
