Contact Sync allows you to synchronise contact data between Agent Manager and external databases or CRM systems. Use this to import existing client lists or keep Agent Manager in sync with another system.

Import Options

CSV Import

Import contacts from a CSV file:

  1. Click Import from CSV
  2. Download the CSV template
  3. Fill in your contact data (name, email, phone, nationality, etc.)
  4. Upload the completed CSV
  5. Map the columns to Agent Manager fields
  6. Review the import preview
  7. Click Confirm Import

External CRM Sync

Sync with an external CRM (if configured via Plugins):

  • Configure which fields to map between systems
  • Set the sync direction (one-way or two-way)
  • Set the sync frequency (real-time, hourly, daily)

Duplicate Handling

When importing, Agent Manager checks for duplicates by email address:

  • Skip — don't import if a duplicate is found
  • Update — update the existing record with new data
  • Create Anyway — import as a separate record

Export Contacts

Export your Agent Manager contacts to CSV or other formats for use in external systems. Navigate to All Clients and click Export.
