The Service Agreement Template defines the standard content for client service agreements generated in Agent Manager. Customise it to reflect your organisation's fees, terms, and branding.

Template Sections​

A standard service agreement template includes:

  1. Header — Organisation name, logo, and MARN
  2. Parties — Agent and client details (auto-filled from records)
  3. Scope of Services — What services will be provided
  4. Fees — Professional fees and payment terms
  5. Client Obligations — What the client must provide and do
  6. Agent Obligations — What your agency commits to
  7. Refund Policy — Your cancellation and refund terms
  8. Complaint Handling — How complaints are managed
  9. Privacy Statement — How personal data is handled
  10. Signature Block — Agent and client signature fields

Editing the Template​

  1. Navigate to Service Agreement Template
  2. Click Edit Template
  3. Modify the sections using the rich text editor
  4. Use personalisation tags to insert dynamic content (client name, service type, fee amounts)
  5. Click Save

Fee Variables​

Fee amounts in the template are linked to your Fee Structures. When a service agreement is generated, the correct fees are automatically inserted based on the service type.

Preview and Test​

Click Preview to see how the generated agreement will look with sample data.
