Meeting Configuration

MEETSYNC permission — Global roles only

Meeting Configuration sets the global settings for the meeting management system, including meeting types, durations, and confirmation messages.

Meeting Types

Configure the types of meetings your organisation offers:

For each type you can configure:

  • Display name
  • Default duration
  • Buffer time after the meeting
  • Confirmation email template
  • Reminder email timing (e.g. 24 hours before)

Availability Settings

  • Working Hours — the hours during which meetings can be booked
  • Blocked Dates — holidays or dates when no bookings are allowed
  • Max Meetings Per Day — cap on how many external bookings can be made

Video Conference Integration

If your organisation uses Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, meetings can automatically generate a video conference link when booked.
