Meeting Configuration

Meeting Configuration sets the global settings for the meeting management system, including meeting types, durations, and confirmation messages.
Meeting Types
Configure the types of meetings your organisation offers:

| Initial Consultation | 60 mins | First meeting with a new prospect |
| Client Check-In | 30 mins | Existing client status update |
| Document Review | 45 mins | Going through client documents |
| Partner Meeting | 60 mins | Meeting with a partner organisation |
| Internal Meeting | 60 mins | Team or staff meeting |
For each type you can configure:
- Display name
- Default duration
- Buffer time after the meeting
- Confirmation email template
- Reminder email timing (e.g. 24 hours before)
Availability Settings
- Working Hours — the hours during which meetings can be booked
- Blocked Dates — holidays or dates when no bookings are allowed
- Max Meetings Per Day — cap on how many external bookings can be made
Video Conference Integration
If your organisation uses Microsoft Teams or Google Meet, meetings can automatically generate a video conference link when booked.
