Email Signature
Required Role
SIGNATURE_MANAGEMENT permission required
Your Email Signature is automatically appended to all outgoing emails sent from Agent Manager on your behalf — including client notifications, document requests, and follow-up reminders.
Setting Up Your Signature
- Navigate to Settings → Personal Settings → Email Signature
- Use the rich text editor to compose your signature
- You can include:
- Your name and title
- Phone number and email address
- Office address
- Your MARN (Migration Agent Registration Number) — required for migration agents
- Company logo (upload as image)
- Social media or website links
- Click Save Signature

Compliance Note
Under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct, registered migration agents must include their MARN in all written communications with clients. Make sure your MARN is included in your email signature.

After saving, click Preview to see how your signature will appear in outgoing emails.
Organisation-Wide Signatures
Administrators can set a default signature template for all users in Settings → Templates → Email Templates. Individual users can override this with their own signature here.
