Holiday Calendar
Required Role
ATTENDANCE permission — Global roles only
The Holiday Calendar manages public holidays and company-wide closure dates. Holidays are excluded from attendance records and leave calculations.
Public Holidays
Agent Manager includes Australian public holidays by default. You can add, edit, or remove holidays:
Adding a Holiday
- Click Add Holiday
- Enter the holiday name
- Set the date
- Select which branches/countries it applies to (national, state-specific, or company-wide)
- Click Save
Australian Public Holidays (Pre-loaded)
- New Year's Day — 1 January
- Australia Day — 26 January
- Good Friday
- Easter Monday
- ANZAC Day — 25 April
- Christmas Day — 25 December
- Boxing Day — 26 December
- State-specific holidays (Queen's Birthday, Melbourne Cup, etc.)
Company Closure Dates
In addition to public holidays, add company-specific closure dates (e.g. end-of-year office closure between Christmas and New Year).
Impact on Attendance
On holiday dates:
- Staff are not expected to check in
- Attendance records show the day as a public holiday
- Leave calculations exclude public holidays (leave taken during a public holiday period does not deduct from leave balance)
Impact on Bookings
Holidays are automatically blocked in the Booking Management system — clients cannot book meetings on holiday dates.
