Holiday Calendar

Required Role

ATTENDANCE permission — Global roles only

The Holiday Calendar manages public holidays and company-wide closure dates. Holidays are excluded from attendance records and leave calculations.

Public Holidays

Agent Manager includes Australian public holidays by default. You can add, edit, or remove holidays:

Adding a Holiday

  1. Click Add Holiday
  2. Enter the holiday name
  3. Set the date
  4. Select which branches/countries it applies to (national, state-specific, or company-wide)
  5. Click Save

Australian Public Holidays (Pre-loaded)

  • New Year's Day — 1 January
  • Australia Day — 26 January
  • Good Friday
  • Easter Monday
  • ANZAC Day — 25 April
  • Christmas Day — 25 December
  • Boxing Day — 26 December
  • State-specific holidays (Queen's Birthday, Melbourne Cup, etc.)

Company Closure Dates

In addition to public holidays, add company-specific closure dates (e.g. end-of-year office closure between Christmas and New Year).

Impact on Attendance

On holiday dates:

  • Staff are not expected to check in
  • Attendance records show the day as a public holiday
  • Leave calculations exclude public holidays (leave taken during a public holiday period does not deduct from leave balance)

Impact on Bookings

Holidays are automatically blocked in the Booking Management system — clients cannot book meetings on holiday dates.
