Migration Agents

Global roles only

The Migration Agents configuration lists all registered migration agents (RMAs) working within your organisation. Their details — including MARN — are used in agreements, Form 956s, and client communications.

Migration Agent Record​

Each agent record contains:

  • Full Name
  • MARN — Migration Agent Registration Number
  • Registration Expiry — OMARA registration renewal date
  • Email — professional email
  • Phone
  • Linked User — the Agent Manager user account this corresponds to
  • Active status

Adding an Agent​

  1. Click New Migration Agent
  2. Enter the agent's name and MARN
  3. Set the registration expiry date
  4. Link to their Agent Manager user account
  5. Click Save

MARN Expiry Alerts​

Agent Manager will alert you when a migration agent's MARA registration is approaching expiry (configurable in Notification Rules). Operating with an expired MARN is a compliance risk.
