Form Links are shareable links that allow clients or prospects to self-book meetings with your team. Each link is connected to a specific meeting type and agent or team.
Creating a Form Link
- Click Generate Form Link
- Select the meeting type:
- Initial Consultation
- Client Check-In
- Document Review
- Partner Meeting
- Select the assigned agent (or allow the client to choose)
- Set the link expiry (permanent or time-limited)
- Click Generate — a unique URL is created
Sharing Form Links
Copy the link and share it via:
- Your website (embed as a button)
- Email signature
- Social media
- Directly in client emails
Managing Form Links
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Copy | Copy the link to clipboard |
| Deactivate | Disable the link without deleting it |
| Delete | Permanently remove the link |
| View Bookings | See all bookings made via this link |
