Booking Management

Booking Management links one of your branches to an existing Microsoft Bookings business, so appointments booked externally through Microsoft Bookings sync into that branch's clients automatically.

Required Role

Global roles only

This page is a thin admin bridge to Microsoft Bookings, not a self-contained scheduling engine — availability, appointment types, and calendar invites are all still managed inside Microsoft Bookings itself. Agent Manager only ingests the results.

  1. Go to Settings → Service Configuration → Meeting → Booking Management
  2. Click Add, and provide:
    • Branch — which branch this link belongs to
    • Booking link — the Microsoft Bookings business's booking page URL
    • Title and Description — shown alongside the link internally
    • Duration — the appointment length this link represents
  3. Toggle Active to control whether this link is currently in use

You can add more than one booking link per branch (for example, one per appointment type), each pointing at a different Microsoft Bookings page.

How Syncing Works

Bookings made through a linked Microsoft Bookings page appear on a client's Bookings sub-tab, matched to the client automatically where possible. Sync happens automatically when a user opens the Bookings tab, or on demand via Sync All.
