  1. Select Client — search or create
  2. Assessing Body & Occupation — select the authority and ANZSCO code
  3. Qualifications & Experience — enter academic and work history
  4. Document Checklist — auto-generated based on assessing body
  5. Application Details — target date, agent, priority
  6. Save — appears in tracker as Draft
