Application Statuses

| Draft | Being prepared |
| Documents Pending | Awaiting client documents |
| Ready to Submit | Complete, ready to lodge |
| Submitted | Lodged with immigration authority |
| Additional Info Requested | Authority has requested more information |
| Decision Pending | Under review |
| Approved | Visa granted |
| Rejected | Visa refused |
| Withdrawn | Withdrawn by client |
Tracker Columns

| Submission Date | Date lodged |
| Decision Date | Date of outcome (if received) |

| Expiry Date | For approved visas: when it expires |
